Bio-Forum VII is the biggest international event for biotechnology in Central European region. Since the year 2000 Bio-Forum has been a platform for research partners, making business contacts and initiatives in biotechnology.
The main aim of the befalling Bio-Forum edition is making business connections between uprising Central European biotechnology and mature bio-industry from USA and Western European countries. On Bio-Forum VII research and development (R&D) potential of countries such as Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia, will be accumulated, what gives its participants an occasion to find out about biotechnological possibilities of the region.
An important discussion panel dedicated to Central European and Polish bioregions with representatives of international organizations for bioregions, local authority deputies and biotech companies of establishing polish bioregions will be held. Its aim is to introduce such an innovative economical policy into Polish and European information channels, as well as to promote bioregions in Central Europe as a novel quality in Polish (bio)economy.
