Life Sciences Employers are becoming more militant in the battle for talents. It is not only about sourcing the right professionals from the market but most of all creating the work environment to attract and retain them.

As Hays Consultants, who recruit professionals in Life Sciences, we listen to candidates' needs and requirements every day. We know what makes one position more appealing than the other. We know that not only financial aspects are influencing the job decisions. But most of all we understand that recruitment in Life Sciences requires individual approach and custom solutions.

Therefore we have decided to further research HR market and learn perspective of both Employers and Employees. We have surveyed over 500 professionals and over 50 top Life Science Companies in CEE. Our expertise combined with research results enables us to indicate the most effective methods of recruitment in this challenging sector. Moreover we are also able to provide guidance for job seekers who can learn Employers' point of view and compare their requirements with other professionals.
