The Czech RNA Club brings together young enthusiastic researchers from the Czech Republic and surrounding countries to increase the overall awareness of the cutting edge research in this geographical area and to stimulate scientific exchange/create opportunities for new collaborations among the participants. We will be looking forward to see you in Brno, the emerging city of biotechnologies in the country.
All participants are encouraged to submit their abstracts.The deadline for abstracts is September 30th. Oral presentations will be 15-20 minutes long plus five minutes for discussion. Abstracts selected for oral presentations will be announced by October 10th.
Different aspects of RNA biology: regulation of gene expression, noncoding RNAs,miRNAs, dsRNAs, transcription, pre-mRNA splicing, RNA quality control and degradation,structural analysis of RNAs and protein-RNA interactions.
