1st Prague Protein’s Spring - workshop

One of the principal questions regarding proteins and their functions is at which stage emerges an unique 3D structure upon length and composition of the linear chain of amino acids. How the structure evolves to bear a specific function and how the dynamics and interactions of this spatial arrangement retroactively influences the protein composition and its properties.

The aim of the workshop is to explore important aspects of the above outlined phenomena from experimental as well as theoretical points of view and set up conceptual framework in which the structure and its evolution is anticipated by its function and dynamics.
