16th Congress of the Federation of European Societies of Plant Biology

Tampere, Finland (August 18-22, 2008)

On behalf of the FESPB 2008 organising committee, we warmly invite all scientists interested in experimental plant biology to attend the XVI Congress of the Federation of European Societies of Plant Biology (FESPB) to be held in Tampere, Finland on 17-22 August 2008.

The Congress is organised by SPPS (www.spps.kvl.dk), the Scandinavian Plant Physiology Society, which was founded in 1947 under the Latin name Societas Physiologia Plantarum Scandinavica. SPPS is a truly international Society and works to promote all aspects of experimental plant biology, from molecular cell biology and biochemistry to ecophysiology. The XVI Congress of the FESPB will be arranged with similar broad perspective to Plant Biology.
