The Conference is traditionally focused on chemical substances important for human health, bringing together scientists from food technology, nutrition, analytical chemistry, clinical and biochemists.

The principal goal of the Vitamins, Nutrition, Diagnostics conferences is the exchange of information through interdisciplinary dialogues, among conference participants who represent hospital, clinical or food laboratory, university and private research, distributors of analytical, instrumentation diagnostics kit.

The purpose of the conference is to contribute and extend the understanding that the successful usage of various kinds of nutrition supplements is conditional to the knowledge of their effect. Otherwise nutrition supplements won't help and their over usage can be harmful.
