On behalf of the ESNA Committee and Local organizing committee it is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the XXXIXth Annual Meeting of our Society to be held in Brno, Czech Republic. The venue of the ESNA conference is the Campus of the Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno.
Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno named after the father of genetics Johann Gregor Mendel educates about 8.000 students at 5 faculties – Faculty of Agronomy, Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology, Faculty of Business and Economics, Faculty of Horticulture and a newly established Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies.
As already became a tradition, the Conference will have morning Plenary sessions, this year focusing on “GENOMICS AND PROTEOMICS IN PLANT AND ANIMAL BREEDING” where invited lecturers and ESNA participants will present orally their work. In the afternoon the Working Groups will have their specialized activities.
We are looking forward to meeting you in Brno at the end of August 2009!
