| Description: | The British Society for Immunology advances the science of Immunology through the publication of its journals, the organisation of scientific meetings and its work with schools and the general public. We represent Immunology globally, principally in the United Kingdom. We regret that we are not staffed to provide responses to enquiries about medical conditions or treatments. We are founder members of IUIS (The International Union of Immunological Societies) and are active members of EFIS (The European Federation of Immunological Societies). We are a registered charity and company limited by guarantee with 4,000 members, of whom 3,000 are based in the United Kingdom and the remainder throughout the world. |
