• Tools to calculate the value of a biotech company. This calculation will be demonstrated by a case history and an exercise using the Discounted Cash Flow method
• Pharma product valuation methods used in Pharma & Biotech
• Practice the most commonly used method, i.e. the rNPV or eNPV, during an excel-based exercise on laptops (you will receive the tool for use in the office!
• How to structure the licensing deal between companies, covering issues such as milestones and royalty payments
