The course gives an introduction and overview of the intertwining legal regimes governing the pharmaceutical industry. The focus will be on the legal considerations relevant to the product life cycle from pre-launch to post-launch, such as fulfilling pre-launch requirements, planning for launch and on-going post-launch activities such as marketing, importation and distribution.The legal and regulatory systems governing and influencing the countries in the Asian region will be the focus of this seminar, wherever applicable.
