The Center of Biomedical Research seeks highly motivated applicants for postdoctoral positions that will open in 8 different topics. Details of the programmes can be found here. Please contact the corresponding head of the topic for any further inquires.

3. TRP receptors (Viktorie Vlachová RNDr., DSc.)
4. Purinergic P2X receptors (Hana Zemková RNDr., PhD.)
5. Muscarinic receptors (Vladimír Doležal MD, DSc.)
6. Development of vascular and bone biomaterial substitutions (Lucie Bacáková MD, PhD.)
7. Ion transporters (Hana Sychrová RNDr., DSc.)
8. Mitochondrial physiology (Petr Ježek RNDr., Dsc.)

Conditions for applicants

Duration ofthe project is June 1, 2012 - May 31, 2015. The salary will be approx. 2000 EUR (50 000 CZK) per month, startup money to cover consumables and travel money for training in cooperating laboratory within EU is provided for the 3 year period. This offer is for applicants who defended their thesis after April 2008. The application should include a covering letter summarizing the applicants' career, past research accomplishments and statement of motivation and research interests (1-2 pages), CV and a list of publications, copies of certificates and grades and contact information for three references.
