Head of Phage Display

We specialize in the discovery and optimization of therapeutic antibodies utilizing Phage and Yeast Display and a proprietary algorithm for antibody library design.
The company's service portfolio covers all aspects of antibody discovery, from early stage research to lead optimization. We are positioned as a one-stop-shop partner for antibody research, offering a complete package of discovery services and capabilities.
Since our business is developing we decided to expand staff and are looking for a Head of Phage Display
to join our team in Plzeň, Czech Republic.
Your Responsibilities:
- Cloning, maintenance and quality control of phage display libraries
- Isolation of target specific antibodies from phage display libraries
- Identification of target specific antibodies
- Planning and cloning of sublibraries for affinity maturation
- Running collaboration projects with international customers
- Leading and coordinating a team of three to four persons
- Molecular Biologist
- PhD or other relevant experience as scientist
- Hands-on experience with in vitro selection processes and phage display libraries, preferably antibody libraries
