Dhaka, Bangladesh (January, 9 - 10, 2015)
It is our pleasure to announce that the Global Network of Bangladeshi Biotechnologists (GNOBB) is organizing the "International Conference of Biotechnology in Health and Agriculture (ICBHA): Celebrating Ten Years of Global Network of Bangladeshi Biotechnologists (GNOBB)" in Dhaka, Bangladesh in January 9-10, 2015 to commemorate the decade-long accomplishments of the organization. Born in 2004, GNOBB has been working as a virtual platform for Bangladeshi scientists working in the multitude of fields of biotechnology at home and abroad. Together with its student wing, young BB; GNOBB has already made a global impact to network Bangladeshi scientists, who are contributing towards Biotechnological development in science and society.
The ICBHA-GNOBB 2015 has been designed to focus on two different themes in two consecutive days: ‘Translational medicine' and ‘Abiotic Stresses and Climate Change'. Highlighting the cutting-edge advances on these two thematic issues, the Conference will be unique in promoting the translational nature of modern biomedical, pharmaceutical as well as agricultural and environmental research. This two-day event will feature recent findings from leading industrial, clinical and academic experts in the form of oral and poster presentations.
