| The significance of the project is the completion of demanding development of microsatellite markers for flax genome. Profit of the project is recognized a) in the development of new MS technologies and b) in production of novel scientific knowledge about flax genome and will be focused on the following points: a) production of MS-enriched flax genomic libraries, b) production of genomic sequences flanking MS loci, c) production of effective MS-specific PCR primers, d) development of routine PCR assay for breeding practice. | |
