Welcome to the TATAA Biocenter qPCR symposium "Developments in Real-time PCR - From Preanalytics to Molecular Diagnostics". This event will be held in the beautiful city of Prague, Czech Republic.

The symposium will consist of two days of Scientific sessions and Industrial exhibition and both pre- and post symposium Workshops. Besides interesting talks about new Developments in real-time qPCR research special focus in this symposium will be on Preanalytics, Standardization and Molecular Diagnostics with Circulating Tumor Cells (CTCs).

Call for abstracts

Participants wishing to present their research are encouraged to submit an abstract for oral presentation. The abstract should be no longer than 300 words and contain the name and affiliation of the presenting scientist. The abstract should be sent to kristina.lind@tataa.com before January 17th 2011.

  - Our popular basic course about qPCR with both theory and practical hands-on training. Learn how to design qPCR assays, analyse data and how to do the quantification.
• Biostatistics and Gene Expression Profiling
  - Learn about data processing and statistical methods applicable for analysis of data obtained by real-time PCR.
• Sample preparation and quality control of nucleic acids
  -Learn how to handle your samples, extract nucleic acids and check the quality to get the most reliable results from your experiments.
